Throughout the duration of the program, participants will be involved in various activities designed to focus on different aspects of their personal skills and development to help them grow as individuals and as a community. Confidence building, communication, independence, trust, problem-solving, compassion, responsibility, teamwork and motivation are just some of the outcomes that will be achieved over the course of the team bonding program. This fun filled activity is played between 4 to 5 members per team where a team has to control a pen using strings to scribble a challenge on a piece of paper, the team which finishes first wins the challenge.
