FLOOR SUPERVISOR

• Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff.
• Managing restaurant staff’s work schedules.
• Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
• Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all beverage supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
• Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
• Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Good communication skills and an engaging personality
• Hardworking and highly motivated
• Team player

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N or O Level, Diploma, ITE and SPM.
• Minimum 1 year experience in food/ beverage environment or related environment
• Comfortable to work on weekends/Public Holidays
  Able to start immediate or within short notice

We are looking for a candidate who is able to:

• Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
• Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management.
• Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Reports progress to senior marketing management.
• Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors.
• Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page, and blog content, or social media messages.
• Up to date with recent design trends in the luxury market.

QUALIFICATIONS (Preferred):

• • Poly Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 1 – 2 Years Experience with Social Media Management on Major Social Media Platforms or Luxury Brands.
  • Marketing Experience.
  • Content Creation & Copywriting.
  • Graphic & Web Design.
  • Marketing Strategy & Attention to Detail.
  • Data Collection and Analysis.
  • Technology Skills.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

You will effectively and efficiently manage the Reservations Department ensuring all enquiries are professionally dealt with, through prompt, effective, and proper reservations service to achieve maximum revenue by proactively converting sales enquiries in order to meet or exceed the revenue target.

REQUIREMENTS:

• • Handling the phone and email inquiries and be the face and voice of our guests.
  • Maintain cordial relations with commercial clients.
  • Creative in planning proposal, birthday, and anniversary surprises.
  • Follows up tentative bookings and updates reservation status.
  • Reviews no-show, cancelled reservations and processes charges according to company policy
  • Handling the customer registration before boarding the ship.

The successful applicant for this role must be committed to delivering excellent customer service and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, 

You will need to work during public holidays and weekends as our ship is chartered and sailing during these days.

Salary: $2,700 – $3,200 depending upon experience
